Your data stays in your orbit

1. Who we are

XLUNA Studio is an independent software studio run by Hasnain Butt Akhtar. For this website and any XLUNA app, we are responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at contact@xlunastudio.com.

2. What this website collects

Nothing on purpose. xlunastudio.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, shows no adverts and has no sign-in. There are no tracking pixels, fingerprinting scripts or third-party social widgets.

3. Services that load the site

To show you the pages, your browser connects to a small number of providers. Each one receives the technical details any website visit involves, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse. It may keep short-lived request logs under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the pages.
• cdnjs, operated by Cloudflare, serves the open-source 3D library behind the particle animation.

We do not receive, store or combine these logs, and we do not use them to identify you.

4. The moon on every page

The moon phase shown on the site is calculated in your browser from the current date. No location or other personal information is used or sent anywhere.

5. When you email us

The contact forms do not submit anything to us. They open your own email app with a message ready for you to send. If you write to contact@xlunastudio.com, the message is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to the studio's inbox. We use your email address and what you write only to reply, and we delete correspondence we no longer need.

6. XLUNA apps

Every XLUNA app is built to run on your own device, without an account and without telemetry. Your files, prompts and creations stay on your machine. Each app will publish its own privacy page, linked from its store listing, setting out exactly what it stores, where, and any feature that needs an internet connection.

7. Purchases

When XLUNA apps go on sale, payment will be handled by the app store you buy from. We never see or store your card details.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Email contact@xlunastudio.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
