- No internet connections of its own; the Microsoft Store licence check is handled by Windows. The AI model runs inside the app, so your questions, answers, files and pictures never leave your PC. Privacy policy
- XFidelity Ultra
- The Microsoft Store licence check only. No data is collected or kept on any server: your audio is processed in memory on your PC and never recorded. Privacy policy
- XLUNA Voice Ultra
- The Microsoft Store licence check, and only when you ask: the words of a question that needs live facts, a video you ask to play, and internet or speed checks. Your voice is recognised on your PC and never recorded, and no data is collected or kept on any server. Privacy policy
- XLUNA Mobile Lab
- The Microsoft Store licence check only. Handsets are reached over USB, or over your own network if you choose wireless debugging. Everything copied from a handset goes to a folder on your PC, and no data is collected or kept on any server. Privacy policy
- XLUNA Privacy Guard Pro
- The Microsoft Store licence check only. If you turn on Encrypted DNS, Windows sends its name lookups to Cloudflare, which is what that setting does; the app never sees them. Your history and baseline stay on your PC, and no data is collected or kept on any server. Privacy policy

- The Microsoft Store licence check, and only when you start them: a speed test and the app update list from the Windows Package Manager. Your files and PC details stay on your PC, and no data is collected or kept on any server. Privacy policy
The Microsoft Store handles payment
Trials and purchases go through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft takes the payment, and XLUNA never sees or stores your card details or your Microsoft account information.
Each app checks its licence with the Microsoft Store to confirm your trial or purchase. That check is handled by Microsoft and carries nothing from XLUNA.
