Recordings, stems and set cards go only to the folders you pick. The app does not change your original music files. The app itself keeps the following in its own data folder on your PC, and none of it is uploaded.
Preferences
Appearance, audio devices, latency, MIDI mappings and whether the welcome screen has been shown.
Crate
For each track you added, its name, file path, measured tempo, key, energy, drop, beat grid, cue points, saved loops, rating, tags and play count, and the crates you make.
Beat maps
A small file per track with the beat and bar times the app measured, so grids open instantly. It stays in the app data folder.
Song maps
A small file per track listing the drum hits, sections, key and vocal regions the app found when you pressed Listen to the song, so the track opens instantly next time. It stays in the app data folder.
Waveforms and stored stems
Small overview files and, when you ask for stems, the separated parts of a track so it opens instantly next time. You can clear them in Settings.
Samples, beats and mixes
The sampler clips you captured or loaded, your step patterns and beat patterns, and the list of mixes you rendered. The mixes themselves are saved in the folder you choose.
Sessions
For each recording, its tracklist, event list and measured report. The recording itself is saved in the folder you choose.
Error log
A short local log of recovered problems, limited in size. It is not sent anywhere.
Trial and licence
Managed by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it on your PC; we receive nothing.
Uninstalling the app removes its data folder. Recordings and exports you saved to your own folders stay where you put them.
